Experienced trainers
Our experienced trainers take the time to understand how your staff need to use the systems within a business context, therefore providing trainees with content tailored to the way in which they need to undertake processes or use the system.
Our trainers have a minimum qualification of Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment, and deliver adult training programs across a variety of industries.
Our training delivery expertise includes:
- The development and review of course outlines, training plans, user manuals and training programs to meet your specific requirements
- The development of interactive online learning modules, including our “Key Skills in 2 Minutes” series available on subscription basis or customized to suit your specific systems configurations
- Delivery of face-to-face training, including; classroom based training, auditorium overview training, one-on-one coaching and mentoring
